SAI360 Excellence in Ethics & Compliance Training Development Recognized with Eight Brandon Hall Awards
SAI360, the leading provider of integrated ethics, governance, risk, and compliance solutions, was recently named recipient of eight Learning and Development awards by the Brandon Hall Group. Five gold awards were received for partnership projects with Colgate-Palmolive and three silver awards for projects with Kyndryl.
Often referred to as the ‘Academy Awards of Human Capital Management,’ Brandon Hall Group celebrates innovative programs and technologies that drive success in Human Resources, Talent, and Learning.
“These awards recognize one of SAI360’s greatest strengths, our team’s ability to come alongside companies and co-create innovative training resources that capture employee interest while also meeting organizational objectives,” shared SAI360 CEO Peter Granat.
Christine Brown, Vice President of Learning Products at SAI360, added that SAI360 has won multiple Brandon Hall Group awards in the past, but receiving eight in one year is a record.
“I believe it reflects the high standards of excellence we set when creating these learning resources,” said Christine. “In order to engage media-savvy employees in meaningful ways, our training content, delivery, and technology has to be of the highest caliber, which is what we strive for with every project.”
SAI360 and Colgate-Palmolive were recognized with the following gold awards:
- Best Compliance Training – “DEI: Together We Succeed”
Uses real-world, relevant examples and story-driven moments to emphasize the importance of inclusivity and welcoming all perspectives in a workplace. The course also provides concrete, actionable strategies for improving inclusivity in the workplace by recognizing and counteracting unconscious bias, listening with empathy, sharing the floor, and speaking openly. - Best Custom Content – “A Shared Commitment to the Safety of Our Workplace”

A fast-paced, entertaining experience focused on helping learners navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital security in our increasingly complex world. The course features immersive story elements like character voice-acting combined with gamified elements and branching storytelling to capture learner interest while maximizing understanding and retention. - Best Use of Video for Learning – “Voice of the People: Workplace Bullying”
A compelling compilation of plain-spoken thoughts on workplace bullying provided by real-life workers from across the globe, each speaking in their native language. - Best Compliance Training – “Code of Conduct: Our Foundation for the Future”
An immersive, engaging experience that highlights several key topics from Colgate-Palmolive’s Code of Conduct and puts the learner into relevant, real-life situations where they can transport into the future to see the consequences of their decisions—and then, if necessary, alter their choices to ensure the best possible outcome.
SAI360 and Kyndryl were recognized with silver awards for Best Compliance Training, Best Custom Content, and Best Use of Video for Learning. All three awards were for 2024 Code of Conduct: Integrity at Heart, which is an immersive, entertaining learning experience that puts employees into a story that mixes real-world ethical situations with lighter fantastical and comedic moments.
“These award-winning trainings really highlight the different types of resources our Learning Team creates,” shared Christine. “From gamification to video to adaptive formats, it is important to provide employees a variety of training opportunities to support engagement.”
The Brandon Hall Group will present the awards during its annual Award Ceremony & Gala, which is being held January 28-30, 2025.
